ABOUT THE HOST

Krystal is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has completed the Wild Health fellowship where she learned how to utilize DNA to practice precision medicine.


She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Nursing with her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. For over twenty years she has worked toward mitigating the gap between health and medicine. Trying to combine her passions of holistic medicine and knowledge of western medicine but just this last year found the key to doing just that. She is excited to be able to offer a completely new approach to optimizing health.


When she isn't working she enjoys hiking, trail running, mountain biking (and surviving), cross fitting, and swimming.

Amber Lynn Vitale, CN is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, is a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional™ and is the Clinical Director for the BEAM Minerals, Practitioner Program. She is also an Ayurvedic Clinical Consultant on faculty as an instructor with Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine and sits on the advisory board for Natural Practitioner and Taste for Life magazines.


Amber has maintained an Integrative Nutrition practice since 2003 in collaboration with Functional Medicine healthcare providers. She is passionate about traditional foods, herbs, and regenerative farming, and incorporates these important lifestyle concepts into her nutrition education. In 2020 she and her family of four moved from Brooklyn, NY to a 25-acre farm in Montana where they raise sheep, ducks, chickens, and Border Collies.


This is where Amber now puts theory into practice rejuvenating the soil to improve plant and animal health as well as that of her family and community.
