    Shipping Policy

    BEAM Minerals products are shipped by BEAM Minerals (www.beamminerals.com).

    Shipping Times:

    Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please note that certain products or shipping destinations may require additional time.

     

    Reshipping Policy:

    If for any reason we are unable to track your shipment to its assigned delivery point, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you.
    If shipped orders are lost, damaged, spoiled, stolen, or returned by the shipper, BEAM Minerals will cover the cost of reshipment unless:
    - The shipping address was entered incorrectly by the person ordering the shipment.
    - There has been an unexpected natural event, such as an earthquake, flood, or fire.

    In cases of unforeseen events or errors in the shipping address, we kindly ask that you contribute to the cost of a replacement order before we reship. We understand that unexpected things can happen in life, and we're always willing to work with you to find a resolution that respects your circumstances. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you're facing any challenges.

     

    Shipper Error:

    If shipped orders have been unreasonably delayed, redirected, or re-routed by the shipping carrier through no fault of the customer or BEAM Minerals, we will reissue and reship the delayed order once it’s determined the delay is beyond a standard timeframe. BEAM Minerals will pursue action with the shipping company responsible for the issue.

     

    Return Policy:

    We offer a 'Great Taste Guarantee,' allowing you to return products within 30 days of receipt.

    Reporting a Lost or Damaged Shipment:

    We will do our best to track the shipment. If the shipper marks the order as delivered, but you still haven’t received it, we’ll work with you to find the best way forward. If a replacement is needed, you may be asked to contribute toward the cost before it’s reshipped.
