nice smell and a breath of tension relief.
It make my eyes water constantly. Which adds to the stress, so it's not working for me.
Happy-Lytes are not intended to be sprayed into the eyes. We suggest misting the spray in front of yourself, closing your eyes while taking a nice deep breath to inhale the Happy-Lytes.
