I haven't been on them that long. The only thing I've noticed is that I had some ripples in my thumb nails and I have tried various minerals on my own to get rid of them and nothing has worked. The ripples went away almost immediately using this product. I only gave 3 stars for that reason as I haven't seen outward results other than the one I mentioned. I am also healthy so I may not see as many visual results but there are a few things I am hoping will get better as I continue use.

We usually suggest that a person take the minerals for at least 2 months before they begin to evaluate their effectiveness. For some the results are dramatic and for others it is more subtle and is noticed in small incremental changes.
