Getting Started
- For the 1st week, don't change your other supplementation – It’s usually best to make changes gradually, to give your body some time to adjust.
- Start by taking 1 fl. oz. (approximately one capful). NOTE: If you are taking ELECTROLYZE™ with MICRO-BOOST™, take ½ fl. oz. (approximately half capful) of each.
- Since BEAM Minerals are 100% bioavailable, many people feel a boost very quickly. Don't worry if you don't feel a difference right away, just keep taking your minerals! Everyone’s body is unique and your system may need a little more time to respond.
- During the 2nd week you can begin to taper off on your other electrolyte supplementation! Once your system has adjusted, you should not need any other electrolyte supplements at all.
- Listen to your body! If you experience any symptoms of electrolyte, take an extra ½ - 1 capful. With ELECTROLYZE™ there is no concern about taking too much as the body easily eliminates any excess, with no uncomfortable affects.
