Every now and then I get an email from a customer that reminds me why we’re on a mission with our minerals.
One of the recent emails was from Jay, a grandfather who has been using BEAM Minerals for a while now. According to Jay, Briar (his granddaughter) had been a sweet, easy going child for her entire life—until, suddenly, her personality shifted. Here’s his message:
“Hi, just a quick note to let you know that my 4 year old granddaughter for months was cranky, nasty, rude and argumentative to the people around her. We saw the ‘nice’ side of her less and less.”
Jay said Briar’s parents tried everything: “vitamins, probiotics, herbs, exercise, therapy, and nothing worked.”
Fortunately, Jay heard me on a recent podcast, talking about how mineral supplementation can help children.
“I thought, ‘Maybe my granddaughter is just deficient in minerals!’” Jay wrote. “Her parents give her reverse osmosis water which is depleted of minerals. They replenish with those Great Lakes minerals but I wondered if maybe they weren’t the right form of minerals for my granddaughter’s body.
So I gave my son-in-law and daughter your podcast to listen to. Then half a bottle of minerals from my own stock.
And a miracle occurred! 1-2 days later, my granddaughter was acting nicer.”
After a few weeks of taking BEAM Minerals, Briar is “a completely different person. She’s laughing, has loads of energy, is polite and happy and doesn’t argue…Anyway, we’re a very happy family right now. Thanks for all you do and your persistence to bring this product to the market.”
These are the kinds of stories that make me grateful to do what I do. I’ve written before about the importance of mineral balance for children, whether it’s keeping your kids hydrated with minerals or the causes of adolescent mineral deficiencies. I don’t see enough people talking about this topic, and I’m glad it’s reaching families that need it.
The bottom line is that a lot of children are mineral-deficient, and it can have a major impact on their mood, energy, behavior, academic performance, and even physical and neurological growth.
If you’ve noticed a sudden change in your child, mineral imbalance could be the cause. Consider adding humic and fulvic complexes to your kid’s morning routine—they have the full range of minerals a growing body needs, in the right ratios to bring everything back into balance. They’re highly absorbable and, best of all, they taste like water, so your son or daughter won’t have an issue taking them.
Mineral replenishment is SO important for children, and Briar’s story is a perfect example of it. Thank you, Jay, for writing in—your email made my week.
